Michelin Star Restaurant “Es Tragon” – St. Antony
Re-Building this great Outdoor Terrace of the only Michelin Star Restaurant on the Island was a big Honor for us.
By re-designing the Experience of having your Meal in a cosy but classy Environment without any Roof above you, especially during Evening and Nightfall, we accomplished to add Light Design on the Terrace of this beautiful Location. The Importance for us and the owner was, to avoid any obtrusive Design, which could affect the Clients Perception of the Food Art that is produced there. So the Solution was a simple and lightweight Construction, stable enough to support the Design Lighting without hindering those Stargazers of you during their Dessert.
At the Beginning of the Year 2021, with regard to a normalising pandemic Situation, but also to prepare some extra Space in the “Outsides”, theOwner also engaged us with the planning of a Porch/Veranda, which also might serve during colder Days as a Shelter protecting Guests and Food from “getting (a) cold”.
Innovation and Consistency was asked, due to the Fact that we needed to stick to our Design we already did in the front Part of the Restaurant

And that´s how the Plan was realised:
A movable Door-like Screening, that gives the Customer a cosy Environment from the Inside, as well as in an open State a welcoming Atmosphere arriving from the Parking Lot
